Brainspotting

Brainspotting

We provide Brainspotting therapy to teens and adults who are seeking a deeper way to process trauma, emotional pain, or distressing experiences. This therapy can be especially helpful when talk therapy hasn't reached the root of the issue. Brainspotting can support healing after experiences such as anxiety, complex trauma, loss, emotional neglect, dissociation, chronic stress, and other overwhelming life events.

Brainspotting is a brain-body based therapy that helps process trauma stored deep in the brain and body. It works by using your eye position to access unprocessed trauma—without needing to talk through every detail. Many people find Brainspotting helpful when their trauma feels difficult to explain, or when emotions feel "stuck" in the body.

Clients often report feeling a sense of release, lightness, or calm after a session, even without talking much at all. Brainspotting is a flexible approach that can be done in-person or virtually, and is effective for both acute and long-standing emotional wounds.
